"We first set eyes on each other in glamorous McDonald’s when we were teenagers,” shares Jess. “Adam was in his football college kit and I was in my school uniform. Not expecting it would turn into love, we exchanged numbers after we both couldn’t stop looking at each other.”
A relationship sparked up and seven later after Adam got down on one knee and popped the question while on holiday in Mexico.
“As we both met when we were very young, we took things slow and had fun splashing out on big holidays. This was going to be our last one for a while as we were planning to move out together into our first home. It was the third day into our holiday and Adam asked me to go for a morning stroll on the beautiful, white sandy beach,” remembers the bride. “He then kissed me, told me he loved me and asked me to marry him. I, of course, said ‘yes’ straightaway – it was worth the wait.”
