'Eco glitter make-up in a horse box' isn't something we ever thought we'd write, but we're so pleased we are after discovering Dunmow-based Lucy's Glitter Box over on the 'gram. Owned by Lucy Keeble, this is a wedding horse box trailer like no other, converted into a photo booth and glitter make-up station, and having just launched a couple of months ago.

"This is a totally unique photo booth experience, with sequin walls, disco balls, checkered floor and pink ceiling," says Lucy.

Martels Wedding Village celebrating milestone

An Essex Wedding wants to wish a big happy anniversary to Martels Wedding Village, which is celebrating its seventh anniversary this summer. Director Karen Lambert says, "We now have 20 wedding professionals under our roof, including our own beautiful bridal boutique. We're so proud of what we've achieved – especially all making it through such a tough time during the pandemic! As landladies and fellow business owners, we pulled together with all the businesses and we feel privileged to have made it through what can only be described as the hardest thing we've ever done."
