We love Chelmsford's iconic wedding venue, Hylands House

Top locations for weddings in 2021

2020 might not have been the best year for weddings - the least said about that the better - but 2021 is looking rather hopeful for loved up couples. GiftsOnline4U, the personalised gifts online retailer, has delved into Office for National Statistics data to see the UK locations with the most weddings in one year. The research covered England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland separately to be able to reveal the most loved-up places for each of these locations. The bespoke eveningwear brand is based in Loughton in Essex and launched in 2019, but with the eveningwear market not in full swing during the pandemic, owner and designer Billy Harrison decided to pivot his business to create a beautiful bridal range. In more positive news, the most recent announcement from the UK government has given the go-ahead for weddings to begin a slow return to normality, starting on March 8th, with the aim of lifting restrictions in full by June 21st. We're loving essex designer Couturiosity's new bridalwear collection, which is launching in March this year. The bespoke eveningwear brand launched in 2019, but with the eveningwear market not in full swing during the pandemic, owner Billy Harrison pivoted his business to create a beautiful bridal range.
