Nicola Ann Hession, 28, married Andrew John McDaniel, 29, at Stock Brook Manor on 15th March, 2018.
Our bridesmaids wore multiway dresses in a slate grey hue. It was an easy choice, as they could wear them how they felt most comfortable.
I opted for the Venus design by Viva Bride. I'd always wanted a strapless dress, and as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one. I've always said less is more so I chose not to accessorise the gown because it was already so beautiful.
Andrew picked a grey three-piece suit with a pocket watch and amnesia rose buttonhole. The groomsmen donned the same suit but with fifth avenue roses in their buttonholes.
Stock Brook Manor was the first venue we viewed, and we fell in love with it. It's so bright and modern – nothing else came close.
I wanted a large bouquet to suit our romantic vintage theme, so we used amnesia, white o'hara and fifth avenue roses and lots of foliage. I had a tear in my eye when I first saw it – our florist was amazing!
Our centrepieces, which sat surrounded by candles in grey bark boxes, used the same blooms as my bouquet.
I walked down the aisle to Lana Del Rey's Video Games, we signed the register to Adele's version of Make You Feel My Love and John Legend's All of Me, and we walked out to The Lumineers' Ho Hey.
Our cake had three tiers, the bottom of which was covered in grey floral swirls. The top two layers were white and topped with a single grey iced flower.
Our DJ was fantastic and kept everyone dancing. We also had a photo booth, which was so much fun.
My sister was my maid-of-honour and she did an amazing speech. As did the best man, who felt nervous beforehand.
