From its warming fireplaces and oak beams to the glorious Baronial Hall, the venue exudes heritage and charm while offering everything a modern couple could need. Outside, the manicured and secluded courtyard garden is a great spot for wedding photos.

Couples can choose between two historic ceremony rooms. The Samuel Pepys Room (60 guests) is tastefully decorated with high ceilings and elegant picture windows. The Henry VIII Suite (100 ceremony guests and up to 150 evening guests) interconnects with the Samuel Pepys Room and can be used to host a ceremony followed by a sumptuous wedding breakfast and reception under the Tudor oak beams. Loved ones can also spill out into the gardens for an al fresco drinks reception, or in the wood-panelled Oak Lounge if the weather is inclement.
