Top tips for having a low waste wedding
Getting married is one of the most exciting days of your life, and you'll want it to be as special as...
We asked Essex make-up artist Leanne Perilly how to create a Hollywood-style bridal beauty look...
This look requires a flawless base. This can be achieved by first applying a smoothing primer to blur pores and ensure make-up stays put all day. Next, apply a medium to full coverage foundation by buffing on in light layers to get a beautiful finish with real staying power. A light layer of setting powder all over the face will smooth the skin and ensure the base stays matte all day.
A bright red lip will provide the ultimate in glamour. Complement this with sleek black liquid eyeliner with a small flick. Finish off with a metallic shimmery eyeshadow. A full set of individual or strip false lashes will open up the eyes for an ultra-sophisticated look.
Finally, some light contouring on the cheeks will add definition while a glowing highlighter will emphasise cheekbones and brighten the face. Perfectly groomed brows achieved with brow powder, pencil or pomade will frame your face and complete your movie-star transformation.
