We asked Carla Lynch of Essex bridal boutique Dress Code Nine what dress styles and accessories should you consider for a boho-themed wedding...
This look is all about a relaxed and natural feel. Think bare feet and fresh flower crowns with a romantic, free-flowing gown. Of course, you don't have to stick with this image of a bohemian bride. Flats, sandals or heels with a floral tiara, headdress or some perfectly placed gypsophila may be just the right amount of boho for you.
As for the dress, being comfortable and showing your natural beauty is all you need to focus on; so choose what you feel best in, whether that's lace, silk or a simple flowing material. Sleeves are often a desired look for a hippie-chic wedding – try a soft bell, capped or lace sleeve. If you fall for a strapless dress, then a seamstress would be able to create sleeves for you and personalise your outfit perfectly.
