Over lockdown, freelance illustrator and stationery designer Valerie Carr combined her artistic flair with her passion for fabric and embroidery by launching Thread & Fold, which offers exquisite embroidery kits and one-off designs.

"My floral kits would make fabulous thank you gifts for the wedding party," Valerie says. "Especially as they can be themed to the colours and floral choices of the wedding and other venue styling."
