The company's expertise and exceptional standards is evident across its collection which are all appealing to couples on their wedding planning journey.

What's more, the new Aragon Collection is perfect for history-loving coupes! Inspired by the legendary Tudor court of Henry VIII and his Queen, Katherine of Aragon, the range of bold and dazzling English fine bone china pieces have been handcrafted with care by artisans in Stoke-on-Trent, England.

The collection is influenced by the Historic Royal Palaces fabric collection, which was designed by GP & J Baker, and in particular, the Chimney Weave pattern which interprets the architectural elements of the majestic and unmistakeable chimneys of Hampton Court Palace. As a fellow Royal Warrant holder with an international reputation for delivering magnificent fabrics, wall coverings and trimmings, this is an organic and seamless collaboration, one that champions the very best of British craftsmanship coupled with the incredible archive and inspiration offered by the Historic Royal Palaces magni cent portfolio of properties.

'The Aragon Collection' comprises of tea, coffee and dinnerware in a midnight blue pattern set upon crisp white English fine bone china. A contemporary take on Tudor design makes this collection a modern classic and 100% authentically British.

More about Halcyon Days...

Established in 1950, Halcyon Days began as a small emporium of antique gifts in Avery Row, Mayfair, London. Although the art of enamelling on copper had flourished throughout the second half of the 18th century, it had almost completely ceased by the 1830s, and by 1950 the process was almost solely reserved for utility items such as saucepans. Halcyon Days set about reviving this artisan craft and thus the renowned Halcyon Days enamel box was born. By 1959 the company had outgrown the little Avery Row store and moved to Brook Street, Mayfair, where it remained for some fifty years. Due to the installation of Crossrail (a new railway service running through the centre of London), the company was forced to relocate from Brook Street but now resides in its new luxury home in the Royal Exchange, in the heart of City.
