Plaits are my go-to going out style, how can I enhance my usual look for my al fresco nuptials?
Tara says: There are several options for glamming up a bridal plait, depending on the style and how much hair you will be having up. Diamanté pins look oh-so pretty in an up do, scattered around the plaits. A gorgeous wedding hair vine can be entwined within the plait, cascading down the back of your locks, which looks fabulous with a backless dress. Do bear in mind with an outdoor wedding ceremony your tresses needs to feel secure and if it's a particularly windy day it's best not to have too many tendrils that can quickly look untidy and frizzy. Fresh flowers also look pretty – Dutch braids are my favourite for creating volume and texture to fine hair and blooms are in keeping with an outdoor wedding.
