NEW STREET FOOD FESTIVAL SET TO LAUNCH AT BRAINTREE VILLAGE

Vendors from further afield will include Churros Garcia, known for bringing churros to London in the 1970s, and Mexican Helado's award-winning authentic Mexican ice cream, with unique flavours such as hibiscus, Mexican cinnamon, and Café de Olla.

Holistic health company Jinger will also be selling their ginger wellness shots, alongside many other traders offering cuisines from around the globe.

Josef O'Sullivan, Centre Director at Braintree Village, said "We've found that our experiential events are always met by great excitement by guests, so we're thrilled to be launching our first-ever Street Food Festival next month.

"With a fantastic range of culinary offerings, alongside music performances, we're setting the vibe for the perfect relaxed weekend to round off an unforgettable summer at Braintree Village. We're looking forward to welcoming foodies from across the region to enjoy great cuisine and entertainment over the first weekend in September."

The event will be open from 11am–7pm on Saturday and 11am–5pm on Sunday and will be located adjacent to the North Car Park. Entry to the festival is free, with food and drink available to purchase. Guests are welcome to enjoy the music and atmosphere throughout the weekend and can take advantage of up to six hours of free parking at Braintree Village, making it even easier to enjoy the festivities.
