Essex venue launches new package
"We found our Twilight Package, with its buffet meal and evening party was too informal for some," wedding and events director Angie Roberts explains. "In contrast, our Classic Package was sometimes too traditional with its three-course sit-down menu. So, we decided to create a fusion between the two and the Relaxed Package was born."
The new package includes a drink and canapé reception withan informal two-course meal. Menus include chilled-out options such as Mediterranean-style sharing dishes or churrasco and dessert stands served to the table. "We're excited to provide a relaxed feel alongside the traditional elements that many couples still want," Angie adds.
