Business expansion for Essex baker

Looking for an Essex cake maker who bakes tasty creations no guest can refuse? Step forward Sarah Gearing of Heart and Soul Cakes; recently expanding her business to offer clients more choice, thanks to a self-designed barn kitchen and consultation room in White Roding.

"The move was an easy decision to make once I found the perfect setting, giving me the space and capacity to make more intricate works," says Sarah. "I'm now not only able to offer cakes, but can also create a wider range of sweet treats ideal for an evening reception. My consultations are held in a separate stylish room, with lots of cakes on display – and there are of course samples on offer, from personalised biscuits and cake-filled chocolate geode hearts, to cake pops and more. It's a perfect setting to relax with a cup of tea or something bubbly, and chat all things cake."
