Billericay-based wedding hairstylist reaches finals of international awards

Local hairdresser, barber and owner of Essentials Toni & Guy Billericay, Jim Shaw, has reached the finals of the International Hairdressing Awards in the Best International Men's Commercial Collection category. The awards were founded with the aim of giving hairdressing the prestige it deserves where talent, art and creativity are recognised and valued.

As a seven-times finalist and 2007 winner of The Men's British Hairdressing Awards, Jim says, “It's always a great honor to have your work recognised by such an amazing institution. To then be included in the final three for the International Hairdressing Awards was a dream come true. I'm so excited and extremely proud to be representing Great Britain at the award's finals in Madrid next year.”
